The Downtown Historic Bed and Breakfast is the ultimate destination for your dream New Mexico wedding and reception. Your Albuquerque wedding will take place in a setting among beautiful and grand historic homes. You can choose to have the ceremony in one of our beautiful homes or on our luxurious grounds. We can supply all of the details necessary for your special day by providing you with the choice of our many packages. Our packages include everything from an Intimate Wedding for 2 or an Ultimate Weekend Destination package for up to 100. Intimate Wedding For Two:

This package is just for the bride & groom and is our most intimate package containing everything you need for the most romantic event in your life. The 2-hour event is orchestrated to ensure that you need only show up with your clothes and your marriage license, and we'll take care of every other detail for you.

Package Includes:

  • Professional Wedding coordination & implementation of all the details.
  • One-night lodging for the bride and groom in the room of their choice.
  • Full gourmet breakfast (choice of in-room service).
  • Officiating clergy & witnesses for an outdoor or indoor ceremony.
  • Flowers for bride & groom (hand-tied bouquet & boutonniere). 
  • Wedding cake customized with your choice of flavor.
  • Dinner at Artichoke Cafe.

Special Requirements:

  • Deposit required at time of booking. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to event (unless booked within that 90-day period, in which case the deposit is non-refundable).
  • Entire remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.


 
INSIDE Wedding / Reception For 25 in our Gorgeous Facility:

This magical and all-inclusive package consists of both a memorable ceremony in the Heritage House and a formal dinner reception for up to 25 guests (including the bride & groom) in the Spy House. You only need to bring your marriage license and your attire. After the ceremony, we invite you and your guests into our beautiful Spy House dining room where a plated and professionally served reception dinner is provided. The grand finale will be your own custom decorated wedding cake. Following the formal reception, continue bonding with your closest family or friends.

Package Includes:

  • Professional Wedding coordination & implementation of all the details!
  • Includes All Decorating of Facility According to bride/grooms specifications (set-up & clean-up as well).
  • Ceremony performed in elegant dining room in Heritage House (set up for ceremony and chairs provided).
  • Officiating clergy if needed.
  • Flowers for bride and groom (hand-tied bouquet & boutonniere).
  • Wedding cake customized with your choice of flavors.
  • Plated dinner reception served in the Spy House dining room (includes tables, linens, chairs, plates, flatware, glasses, servers, etc.)
  • One-night lodging for the bride and groom in the room of their choice.

Special Requirements

  • For this package, ceremony can occur only between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • Deposit required at time of booking. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to event (unless booked within that 90 day period, in which case the deposit is non-refundable).
  • Entire remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.


OUTSIDE Wedding / Reception For 25 in our Lush Backyard Facility:

This magical wedding package includes both a memorable ceremony on the beautifully landscaped grounds and a formal dinner reception for up to 25 guests (including the bride & groom). You only need to bring your marriage license and your attire. After the ceremony, we invite you and your guests to sit down under sparkling lights where we will provide a plated and professionally served reception dinner. The grand finale will be your own custom decorated wedding cake. Following the reception, your guests depart and you escape to your room accommodations and an intimate relaxing evening.

Package Includes: 

  • Professional Wedding coordination & implementation of all the details!
  • Includes All Decorating of Facility According to bride/grooms specifications (set-up & clean-up as well).
  • Flowers for bride and groom (hand-tied bouquet & boutonniere).
  • Officiating Clergy if needed.

You only need to bring your marriage license and your attire. After the ceremony, we invite you and your guests to sit down under sparkling lights where we will provide a plated and professionally served reception dinner. The grand finale will be your own custom decorated wedding cake. Following the reception, your guests depart and you escape to your room accommodations and an intimate relaxing evening.

Celebrate the first weekend of the rest of your life together with your closest family and friends with our Weekend Destination Wedding/Reception Package. From the very moment you arrive everything will be focused on your celebration. Your guests need only bring their weekend attire. You need only bring your attire, your marriage license, and your rings. We coordinate all the details so that you can relax and experience this weekend wedding celebration!

Package includes:

  • Professional Wedding coordination & implementation of all the details!
  • Includes All Decorating of Facility According to bride/grooms specifications (set-up & clean-up as well).
  • Grounds of ceremony rehearsal day before wedding.
  • Officiating clergy if needed.
  • Flowers for bride & groom (hand-tied bouquets for bride and attendants and boutonnieres for groom and attendants).
  • Gourmet breakfast for couple any of their guests staying with us.
  • Reception dinner served under the stars outside (up to 100) (includes tables, linens, chairs, plates, flatware, glasses, servers, etc.)
  • Wedding cake customized with your choice of flavor.
  • One-night lodging for the bride and groom in the room of their choice.

Special requirements

  • Eight additional rooms/suites (accommodating up to 20 guests) can be reserved on individual guest accounts. 
  • Please discuss with our event coordinator or innkeepers to determine which rooms/suites would best accommodate your wedding party guests. You can also see our rooms/rates pages for cost.
