Our reception options are designed to retain the elegant charm of our historic property, while creating an exceptional event. We can do intimate gathers up to 30 in the dining room of the Spy House or a less intimate but more grand gatherings outdoors for up to 100.

Honeymoons and Anniversaries
The ideal escape for the perfect honeymoon, our guest rooms are private and luxurious. If you should book your wedding with us all couples are provided with one of these beautiful suites. Winter Weddings at Downtown Historic Bed & Breakfast
The Downtown Historic Bed and Breakfast is most know for its outdoor lush garden weddings. However the winter weather is a beautiful serene setting for an intimate wedding up to 30. Cozy fireplaces indoor and outdoor as well as candlelit ambiance are just the start of a memorable winter celebration.
Our wedding packages can include everything that you need for your special day or we can customize it to only include the use of the grounds with our expert facilitation and you bringing your own vendors in.
Packages can include:
- Grounds of ceremony rehearsal day before wedding.
- All decoration of facility according to the bride/grooms specifications (set-up & clean-up as well).
- Officiating clergy if needed.
- Flowers for bride & groom (hand-tied bouquets for bride and attendants and boutonnieres for groom
- Professional Wedding coordination & implementation of all the details!
- Flowers for bride & groom as well as attendants and decorations.
- Gourmet breakfast for couple and any of their guests staying with us.
- Reception dinner served under the stars outside (up to 100)
- Tables, linens, chairs, plates, flatware, glasses, servers,
- Wedding cake customized with your choice of flavor.
- One-night lodging for the bride and groom in the room of their choice.
- Deposit is required to book your event. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to event (unless booked within that 90 day period, in which case the deposit is non-refundable).
- Entire remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
- Due to city noise ordinance and out of
courtesy to other guests, event
must end no later than 10:00 p.m.
