Located in the heart of historic downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico, the B&B consists of a private carriage house and two homes: Heritage House and Spy House. The homes are part of the historic Huning Highland Neighborhood. The Hunings's Highland Addition is Albuquerque's first subdivision. It was platted in December 1880, eight months after the arrival of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad. This historic subdivision provided building lots for the merchants, professionals, clerks, teachers and railroad employees who swarmed into Albuquerque during its first population boom.
The Downtown Historic Bed and Breakfast houses were once homes to those individuals who flocked Albuquerque during this time. Both homes have been meticulously restored and offer luxury accommodations and business lodging with the grace and elegance of yesteryear. The bed and breakfast features luxurious comfort in each of the eight guestrooms and private guest house.

In the middle of Downtown Albuquerque you are provided easy access to most all of Albuquerque's attractions and activities. If you are flying into the Albuquerque Airport, we are a 5-minute drive down I-25 from the Albuquerque Airport (Sunport). We are also conveniently located within blocks of the University of New Mexico, and local hospitals: Lovelace Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital, and the Heart Hospital. Our location is also a short drive from some of Albuquerque's greatest golf courses and the Sandia Mountains. For those of you coming in for activities at the Convention Center, we are just a short walk away.
