Meeting Facilities

The Downtown Historic Bed and Breakfasts of Albuquerque offer several convenient meeting spaces for corporate events. Extra on-site amenities include high-speed wireless Internet access and all pertinent meeting equipment. We also offer breakfast, snacks, drinks, and lunch upon request. It is the perfect place to have meetings in Albuquerque and to accomplish everything in a relaxed environment.

Services Provided:

  • Set-up of space according to client specifications
  • Exclusive use of space for hours agreed upon in signed contract
  • Projector, equipment, screen, dry erase board, easel, large writing pads, speakers, & microphone available upon request (these items need to be added and specified as needs when signing contract)
  • Breakfast & lunch options provided upon request (If needed, must be added and specified in signed contract)
  • Servers for alcohol – limited to wine, beer, & champagne (Alcohol provided by client)
  • Tables, chairs, & linens (set up to specifications & needs)
  • Use of any decor that B&B has (or bring your own for us to set up)
  • Coordinator will be in charge of overseeing and organizing on the day of your event. All questions need to be addressed and planning approved.

$350.00 for ½ day (up to 4 hours)

$500.00 for full day (up to 8 hours)

Breakfast

Services Provided:

  • Can be served in the dining room of the Heritage House, Boarding House or out in the gardens (Spy House if reserving rooms and doesn’t interrupt other guests’ activity).
  • All utensils, tables, chairs, & linens available.
  • Space available for up to 2 hours unless having full day meeting.
  • Can only be served between the hours of 8:30 am – 10:00 am.
  • 2 varieties of breads, hot entrée, fruit salad, & drinks.

$10.00 per person

Lunch

Services Provided:

  • Can be served in the dining room of the Heritage House, Spy House, Boarding House or outside gardens.
  • All utensils, tables, chairs, & linens available.
  • Space available for up to 2 hours unless having full day meeting.
  • Can only be served between the hours of 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.
  • Includes a side dish (fruit or salad), sandwich, chips, desserts, & drinks.

$15.00 per person
