The Downtown Bed and Breakfast offers three convenient Albuquerque meeting facilities for small events for your next corporate affair or gathering of family and friends. Extra on-site features include high-speed wireless Internet access and all pertinent meeting equipment. We also offer breakfast, snacks, drinks, and lunch upon request. It is the perfect place to have meetings in Albuquerque to accomplish everything in a relaxed environment or the perfect intimate gathering.
Spy House Dining/Parlor (Available 10:00am - 6:00pm only)
Accommodates 30 guests and offers an elegant location for parties, casual meetings, or breakout sessions.
Heritage House Parlor/Dining (Available 8:00am - 6:00pm only)
The parlor accommodates 10 guests and is an ideal setting for small meetings in a relaxed environment. There are 2 couches that comfortably seat 3 on each, and additional chairs. The Parlor can accommodate up to 15 comfortably with the various tables and chairs. The two spaces combined can accommodate 25.
Our patio facilities are lovely for outdoor affairs - with comfortable furniture, a fountain, and a pond. Can accommodate up to 40 if using the entire grounds.
