The Gold Room, a cozy suite
in the Spy House bed and breakfast in Albuquerque, New Mexico,
was once the original front porch of the house. In fact, you will see the bead-board ceiling of the original porch when you look up at the ceiling. Guests get their own private outside entrance to the room. When you first walk into this room, you are greeted by a sitting room in a rustic Southwest style complete with leather shades. This room also has an antique writing desk if you need a quite place to take care of any business. This separate space has a large chair that pulls out to a twin-size bed. The beautiful full bath is in a crisp black and white with a touch of regal purple and gold to accent it. At the end of the room, there is a beautiful four-poster queen-size bed with silk and linen spread and a beautiful antique chandelier over head. This room also features a flat-screen TV in it, so you can relax in bed and watch your favorite show.
