This morning I had an amazing time with a great group of guests. Our conversation was all about travel experiences, family and where we all have come from. It truly was a great morning. It reminded me of why I love running a bed and breakfast. It truly is all about the people!
I served them Mexican Egg cups with Multi grain pancakes and a brown sugar cream sauce (Yes, this picture does show french toast instead of pancakes!) I was having such an outstanding time with my guests that I didn’t get an actual picture of the breakfast this morning. But the Mexican Egg Cups are one of the guests favorites, so I thought I would share the recipe.
